WHAT AN AMAZING FIRST PRE-SEASON GAME AS THE LADS COME BACK FROM 0-3 DOWN IN 20MINS TO WIN 4-3
Full Time:-
SUNDERLAND AFC KEROCHE 4-3 KENYA SCIENCE FC.
Wow!!! what can we say:-
We were completely caught flat footed at the beginning of the game, as KENYA SCIENCE FC came fast out of the blocks.
We found ourselves trailing 0-3 inside 20 mins, but a blasting from the coaches on the touchline, started working, and CAPT JOSE pulled a goal back, just before the half-time whistle.
HT:- 1-3.
In the 2nd half the lads were on fire, and took complete control of the game, against very tough opposition.
MUTUGUTI got our 2nd goal
CAPT JOSE scored his second to level it at 3-3, and WA VASHO topped off a magnificent 2nd half, with the winning goal.
Full-time:- 4-3.
Our thanks to KENYA SCIENCE FC for travelling from Nairobi for today's game, and for giving our lads a very tough game. ... See MoreSee Less

A MESSAGE TO ALL SUNDERLAND FANS AROUND THE WORLD, BUT MAINLY FOR THOSE WHO LIVE IN THE NORTH EAST OF THE UK.
Most of you will be aware of our football club in Kenya, namely SUNDERLAND AFC KEROCHE.
Our club was founded in 2012 by 2 gentlemen from Seaham Harbour, UK, our President and Vice president Gary Lamb and John Eilbeck.
Over the last 11 yrs our club have achieved 4 promotions (we now play in the Kenyan national division 1) and we have won a total of 33 Cup competitions. (Quite good in just 11yrs)
This coming January, Gary and John shall be making their 2 yearly visit to Kenya to visit our club, and they would love to fill their luggage with much needed decent 2nd hand football boots and astro turf trainers.
We are only looking for adult sizes from size 6 and above.
So we are kindly asking the following, from the bottom of our hearts:-
If you have any adult football boots or astro turf trainers that you no longer use, and would like to see them put to very good use, then our UK President Gary Lamb would be more than happy to collect them if you are within a 10 mile radius of Seaham Harbour.
Gary can be contacted on UK mobile number which is 07880732078, your can either call, text or contact him via WhatsApp.
If you are more than 10 miles from Seaham Gary can arrange other means.
If your are unable to assist with the above, but would like to help our club continue to grow, we simply ask if you would kindly either LIKE or FOLLOW our page, as the more followers we have, it helps our club to attract sponsors.
Thank you so much for reading our post, and we will continue to fly the red and white flag in Kenya.
Mungu Awabariki (God bless you all)
HAWAY THE LADS.
